Content & Community Policy

getxmatch.com ("getxmatch", "we", "us") is a general-audience platform for compatibility quizzes, community polls and conversation. This policy explains what may and may not be posted, and how to report a violation. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. Every user certifies their age at registration. If we learn an account belongs to someone under that age, we terminate it and delete the data.
2. Keep content general-audience
getxmatch is not an adult platform. Content you post — profile photos, gallery images, bios, messages, quiz and poll submissions — must be suitable for a general audience. The following are not permitted:
- Nudity or sexually explicit imagery, including depictions of sexual acts.
- Sexually explicit text, solicitation, or content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal.
- Content advertising escort services, adult services, or adult subscription sites.
- Graphic violence, gore, or shock content.
- Hate speech, or content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
- Content promoting self-harm, dangerous acts, or illegal drugs.
Content that breaches these rules is removed, and repeat violations end in account termination.
3. Strictly prohibited — zero tolerance
The following are absolutely prohibited and will be removed, with accounts terminated and reports made to the appropriate authorities where required:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that depicts, sexualises, or involves a minor — including realistic or AI-generated depictions.
- Private images shared without consent — any intimate or private content of a person shared without their explicit permission.
- Content posted to harass, threaten, blackmail, extort, or defame anyone.
- Content depicting non-consensual acts, coercion, trafficking, or violence.
- Impersonation, or uploading another person's images without their consent.
- Any other content that is illegal under applicable law.
We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant national authorities and reporting bodies and cooperate with law-enforcement investigations.
4. Consent and your own content
Only upload content of yourself, or of other people who have clearly consented to it being created and shared publicly. If you are unsure whether you have consent, do not upload it.
5. Reporting and takedown
If you believe any content violates this policy — including content that involves a minor, is non-consensual, or depicts you without your permission — report it immediately to abuse@getxmatch.com, or use the report form. Include the profile or content location and a description. We review reports promptly and remove violating content.
To request removal of content that depicts you and was shared without your consent, or that infringes your rights, contact abuse@getxmatch.com. For copyright complaints, contact dmca@getxmatch.com with the material identified, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
6. Enforcement
We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, at our discretion, with or without notice. Serious violations are referred to law enforcement.
